The Makers...
Following a long family tradition of producing sausages and small
goods, each hand crafted sausage is created with love and care, ensuring
that every single one is made to the highest possible standard and would make
my Great Grandfather proud.
A strong belief in traceability and giving animals the best quality of life
is a high priority for us. We proudly support Freedom Farms and are
commited to using meat from happy, free range animals.
The practice of using no fillers, only meat along with hand ground spices,
makes eating one of our sausages an experience akin to enjoying a fantastic steak.
Delving into a selection of original family recipes has given rise to a range of
enticing sauces and chutneys, which are crafted using seasonal fruit and
quality ingredients.
Made with the same care and attention as the small goods, these
condiments make a perfect platter accompaniment together with a slab of
cheese and a hulk of crusty bread.
